Max Blardone: "I'll be at the World Games in Valle d'Aosta"
Massimiliano Blardone, one of the world top athletes of giant slalom, is training on the track Diretta 2 in La Thuile (Aosta Valley), to prepare for the next competitions: two Giant Slaloms in Kranjska Gora (Slovenia), and, on 29th and 30th January, the competition postponed in Adelboden (Switzerland).
At the microphone of Alessandro Buscemi, reporter of the Regional RAI TV Aosta Valley, the officer of the Guardia di Finanza Max Blardone has thanked the ski resort, for giving him the opportunity of a good training on a track, which offers the ideal conditions for facing a World Cup and the Olympic Games.
“I will come back to Aosta Valley in the second half of March, has stated the Italian athlete of Domodossola, to attend the First Winter Military World Games (the Men Giant Slalom is scheduled on 21st March in Pila). We have got, every year, one or two appointments with the Sport Group, and I’m of the opinion, that it’s our duty to honour the engagement in the best way. I want to thank the Guardia di Finanza for giving me the chance of training and competing in the best possible conditions; I will attend the World Games with my best care, and trying to do well.”
